    Returns / Exchanges

    Mila Gems offers exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. No refunds are provided.

    To be eligible for an exchange and or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start this process, you can contact us at returns@milagems.com and provide your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt of shipment and contact us immediately returns@milagems.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. 

     

    Exceptions / Non-returnable items

    Any product engraved and/or customized with initials or letters are final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. If for any reason a mistake was made with a customized product at the fault of Mila Gems, please email returns@milagems.com so we can evaluate the issue. All items sent back for a return and or exchange will be inspected to meet the above requirements. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Repairs

    Here at Mila Gems, we are happy to offer repairs, free of charge, on any item you purchased within 90 days of receipt of product. All pieces must be included with repair request including diamonds, gems, etc. Any product in need of repair after 90 days will result in repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer.

    Product Info & Care

    Mila Gems diamonds are SI in clarity and G/H in color. Stones are all natural and freshwater pearls are used for jewelry. All pieces are made with 14K and 18K gold along with sterling silver and 24k gold for select items.

     

    Product Care

    Here at Mila Gems, we recommend that all our jewelry be worn and handled with care. 

    Remove jewelry before any physical activity, such as exercising. Jewelry should also be removed prior to showering to avoid contact with chemicals from shampoos and other washes. It is also recommended to keep your jewelry pieces separate from one another in order to prevent any scratching.

     

    Shipping

    Mila Gems offers free shipping on all orders and are insured through a secondary insurance provider. All shipments require a signature for delivery. Customer will be responsible for any related charges on undeliverable shipments. 

    At this moment, Mila Gems only offers shipping to all 50 US states, we currently do not offer international shipping. We do not offer shipping to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. Delivery to PO Boxes is also not supported at this time.

     

    Discounts

    Discounts can be applied to your order during the checkout process. Discounts are valid for set periods of time. When purchasing a product, Discount Codes cannot be combined and cannot be used towards the purchase of a Gift Card.
