Returns / Exchanges

Mila Gems offers exchanges or store credit  within 14 days of delivery. No refunds are provided.

To be eligible for an exchange and or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start this process, you can contact us at returns@milagems.com and provide your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt of shipment and contact us immediately returns@milagems.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.  

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Any product engraved and/or personalized are final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. If for any reason a mistake was made with an engraved/personalized product at the fault of Mila Gems, please email returns@milagems.com so we can evaluate the issue. All items sent back for a return and or exchange will be inspected to meet the above requirements. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
